I found this Olivia Burton excellent. Their customer service was swift to respond when I emailed them.

I ordered a pair of earrings for my daughters birthday, she already has the matching necklace. I was very impressed with the delivery, packaging and presentation. It is such a pleasure to see a company that cares about its products and customers. I am sure my daughter will be delighted with her gift, thank you Olivia Burton.

Very beautifully designed items but the bracelets are so small! I have the matching bee is watch and bracelet, the bracelet is tight. Just bought the Pearl Chain bracelet and necklace but the bracelet is just too small. So disappointed
Thank you for replying. Perhaps you should clearly mention in your website that these two bracelets are smaller than any of your other ones. It would save disappointing your customers.

I've a few OB watches and like them although expensive, I thought they would be QUALITY.
However, this time I ordered a ring too and was appalled to see the label on the back of the box. Cheap tat from Thailand!( Same as labels I found on Pandora from China, so won't buy there again either)
I expect this review won't be posted. The label states 100% brass which isn't sterling silver and is why can turn green or black when worn. Same as Pandora labels, all from China, yet founded in Denmark!
Noted someone else written re ring discolouring.
Its fraud, to state sterling silver, when its brass!
Shame I can't post pic as proof but will pass on
Be careful what you buy

Love my gunmetal grey watch but I've only worn it twice and the colour has already scraped off the face of the watch. Really gutted and too scared to wear it anymore incase it gets even more ruined.

The Customer service at Olivia Burton has been exceptional!
I was helped via email with an order of some watch straps that were a gift that wasn’t the right size for my existing watch.
I got a response almost immediately and I was reassured throughout the whole process.

Customer service has been excellent, I couldn't open the pen my daughter had given to me to fit a refill. I asked them and they asked for a photo. This I did and they used the phot to show me how which was very easy. They also provided a link to purchase the refill. A very quick efficient service. Thank you Katie. Carolyn Kingdon

Would give zero stars if possible. Faulty watch return to the company which was signed for by them on 12 Aug and still no refund. No reply from customer services. Will be raising as a dispute with PayPal. AVOID AVOID AVOID
